Hello everybody! I am loving your comments and your incredible achievements!
You are making me so proud, you can't even imagine! Keep it up and keep the comments coming! =)
Today, (Thursday, July 5th), you can earn an extra bonus point if you look out for, find, and post a hashgacha pratis story that happened to you.
Can't wait to hear them! Have the best day ever!!!
-Morah
p.s. We’re trying out a new thing – Instead of getting an email every time there's a new post or every time someone comments, you’ll receive a summary of everyone’s comments once a day.
We’ll see how it goes.
That means you’ll have to check the blog out during the day to see if there are any new posts or comments.
Let me know if you have any ?’s abt this.

Thanks again, Jess! So great hearing from you! I'm so happy to hear that this is helping you... it's only because you and all you guys are so special... you really make me proud. Can't wait to hear your hashgacha pratis story!
hi morah..
for the hasgacha pratit story..
does it have to be specificially today.. or anytime?
heyy morah i dont know where i should put the birthdays but my brothers birthday is agust 10th =]
Hi. Vicky and Ilana! Great hearing from you! So Vicky, for the hashagacha pratis story, we're starting off doing it today - thursday - (i posted that info late last nite for today). Maybe we'll do it other days as well, but for now, the point is for today. Can't wait to hear! (I started keeping my own notebook of my hashagacha stories. Maybe i'll add you guys stories to it too!)
Ilana, happy early b-day to Justin! I wanted to know for the Shalom Ties, though, and that's just for us girls! But thanks anyways. Now for my hashgacha story...(do I get a/t for it?)Sarah Sebban is coming out to LKWD iy"H today so that we can spend some time together and since i lifeguard till the early afternoon, and had a lot of pressing things to take care of afterwards, we were going to be a little rushed and pressured. Now that it's raining, (and one of the girls at swimming burst into a "gam zu l'tovah" song as soon as it started - it was so sweet!) i'll have time to take care of whatever i needed to and be able to completely enjoy Sarah, pressure free! "Just wait till that silver lining appears at the edge of your cloudy day... with faith you'll see that it's really shining, and what seemed to be gray, has faded away, now all you'll see is the ray, of hope in Hashem, hope in Hashem, hope in Hashem..." sound familiar? =)
Well, this day is turning out great so far! I've said Shacharis, put on a 3/4 sleeve shirt, and I'm wearing a skirt (that still has its tags on it). Can you believe it? ME, wearing a 3/4 sleeve shirt during the SUMMER, of all times, more or less voluntarily. o_O I'll update again later.
WOW, Tova, how absolutely incredible!!!! I am so impressed and proud as i am sure you are!!! What a great and accomplishing feeling! Keep it up and keep us posted!
hey everyone!
so heres my hasgacha story..
This morning i had to walk to work because my parents werent home to drive me. So when i was leaveing i took the umbrella because it looked like it might rain.. I left my house and when i got to the end of my block it started POURING on me! ..B"H i had the umbrellla (but i think the umbrella had a hole in it because i was still getting wet!)
Hi people,
Naomi just dropped by! Without her I probably wouldn't have said Mincha, 'cause she reminded me. Thanks, Naomi!
So yeah, that's my thing. Not my hashgacha pratis thing (unless you count thinking about saying Mincha earlier but still wanting to be on the computer), but....Morah, does it still count? Pleeeeasssseee?
Shoshi, amazing!!! Could u imagine how much wetter you would have been without that umbrella? (even with the whole!) Does Hashem love u or what? And Tova, of course that's hashgacha! It's hashgacha of the highest kind, cuz Hashem was watching over you so that you should not lose out on a mincha which is forever and ever...
Awesome! I just got...Let's see...I earned 10 points so far, and 11 if I read my book. YES! That is, right there...5 bucks and 50 cents. Cool! :)
No, dear, 11 points only if you read your book. You can only earn points on a day that you learn. So make sure to learn and major congrats on today's accomplishments! Way to go! Keep it up!
Btw, i just came back from an awesome speech and the person who introduced the speaker was Malka Leah Josephs, (she left a comment on yesterday's post) and she mentioned u guys and this program we have running and how special and incredible you all are. Whaddaya know, besides for being beyond special, you're famous too!
okk.. hi everybody again and for my hasgacha pratit stroy i m thinking ohh i got won i rember.....it was me and my mom in the car on our way to the barn when all of a sudden ther was a block and we had to take a whole detour. so that made me rly late for my riding lesson and i was rly upset . and i thught my tranier waas rly mad. but when i got there my trannier just arrvied and if if we didn't take that detour i would have been waiting ther for like 45 minutes sweating in the heat..
P.s I MISS U ALL!!!!!!
All i can say, Jess, is WOW!!!! Thanks for sharing!
o_O OMG. YOU'RE KIDDING. NOOOOOO!!!! I was...I was...Oh, this is....(Sorry, people, but I tend to be melodramatic.) Oh, this SUCKS. I WOULD HAVE read the book yesterday, except by the time I remembered, I was going to go to bed, and the book was downstairs, and....I would have earned 5 bucks if I didn't need to read the book yesterday!! Oh, this SUCKS. *whimper* I've read it only once so far! Can we get bonus points for helping out with Shabbos? PLEASE? I am in, like, desperate need of them.
One of the many great things about learning with a partner is that you remind each other and keep each other strong. Maybe try to have someone remind you each day or make yourself some other daily reminder.
That might work.
