Win Fifty Dollars Cash! Here's How It Works:

Hi everybody!!
So here's the new way to win fifty dollars cash:
Tell us a story where you:
- went out of your way to be nice and friendly to someone and to make her feel included
- found the hashgacha in everyday life
- were dan l'kaf zchus somebody
- held back from saying lashon haroh or stopped someone else from speaking lashon haroh
- didn't wear that questionable outfit
or any other story of spiritual success - and nothing is too small to share!
Every comment entitles you to a raffle entry.
Any comment that was shared by someone else through your encouragement (meaning to say that you encouraged her to take part in this and to post her story) entitles you to 3 entries. (Just have the girl mark your name at the end of her comment.)
Raffle to be drawn January 1st iy"H.
Looking forward to the beautiful way you girls encourage and congratulate each other... It's so heartwarming and touching for me to see...!

You're all the best,

Morah

So i have a story that happend to me last night:
So i went somewhere last night and i didnt know wat to weaar because i try to wear tights and i knew that i was probably going to be the only one wearing them and i didnt wanna be like the loser dressed like that because its a horrible feeling. So when i was getting ready to leave i just decided that im going to wear the tights because thats wat i do and thats how i dress and im not going to change the way i dress just because im going somewhere and everyone wont be wearing tights. And also, i realized that those people should appreciate me for me. not for wat i wear. And i ended up wearing the tights and had a great time and i didnt feel like the loser lol.. haave a grreat sunday n have a great week.

hey, hope everyone had a great day.

I have a Hashgacha story that happend to me today..

So today my teacher gave us an in-class assignment to work on and we each had partners. So my friend came and moved her desk to mine. As we were working on the project, i took a drink from my water bottle, and because im a little clumsy, i ofcourse missed my mouth and spilled onto my binder. after i finisheed luahging, i realized that my chumash notes were probably soaking wet so i looked at my notes and they werent there.

Right before i took a drink, my friend had taken my notes from my desk. And therefore my chumash papers didnt get ruined.
It was actually really funii =]

have a great night.

Hey.. I hope you all had a great shabbos,
Daniella-
Thats was really nice of yyou daniella, it can be really hard sometimes to do that when your also ttrying to have fun and spend time with your friends.
Something like that actually happend to me over shabbos. There was a younger girl that came for shabbos and she was much younger than me (like i think 5 years younger) and she didnt have anyone to hang out with and i tried being with her the whole shabbos, even though i would much rather be with my friends. But in the end, she had a good time, so it was worth it.
Have a greatt weeek everyone!

I have a haskacha story:
Okay, so I went home early because I wasn't feeling well. So I took a car service home from four corners. It was a new person so he didn't know where I lived. So like right in front of my house there's a basketball thingy.. and he was like driving and I didn't tell him where my house is so he kept driving.. but like at the last minute i told him where my house was so he made a short stop to right.. and on the left was the basketball.. and as soon as he got in front of my house. The basketball fell straight on the street. If he would've continued driving.. then um you know. It would've landed on the car. VERY SCARY!!
but thank Hashem that it didn't.
But like seriously it was very close. Oh yeah.. and it fell because of the wind outside. It wass crazy!

okay that's my story. I'm very thankful for Hashem watching over me. lol

Have a great night everyone!!
- Vicky

hey guys,
hope your all having a great chanuka!
wow vicky, thats really scary. I hope your feeling better!

So i have a hashkacha story- im not realyl sure if it is but yea..
So wednesday night my roomates and I went to the city to the stern chanuka chagiga. (my roomates sister goes there and she inviteed us)So we took the train there and on the train we were talking about school and chanuka and all of a sudden the lady that was sitting in front of us turns around and asks us in hebrew if we speak hebrew. So i answered yes and she asked us if we knew how to get to a certain street in the city. So we told her that were not from the city and we dont know but someone was cuming to meeet us at Penn station so she can cum and ask that person. So the israeli lady said she come with us and we met up wit my roomates sister and the israeli got directions.
So it was Hashkacha that our conversation had Torah involved in it or the lady might have gotton lost (she waas visiting America and didnt know english very well)
.. We had a blast at the chagiga and i hope you all have a great Shabbos Chanuka!!!

Anonymous said...

Wow, Shosh!! MAJOR hashgacha, what are you talking about?? Thanks for sharing!! Happy Chanukah to you too!! Keep being you!

Okay, so this isn't exactly a hashgacha story, and it didn't happen recently, but I think it has a moral...?
Anyway, so what happened was that I was having trouble with my math - well not really trouble, I was just tired of it or something. So I said, "G-d, please send a little birdy to help me." (DON'T ask.) Well, my brother was nearby and he asked what I needed help with and I told him I didn't really need help, I just didn't want to do my math but I might need help with the next page. So he told me to tell him when I need help so I said okay, and he went back to what he was doing, finished the page, and asked him for help because I needed it. Thing is, he was busy doing whatever he'd been doing and told me maybe later.
So I guess the moral of the story is that you shouldn't throw away the help Hashem gives you.

*and I finished the page

Oops. -_-
