How's this? I was at the pool yesterday, and the lifeguard, a total stranger, asks me if I teach at Shalom. Why does she ask?
"I bring in the mail for Bais Kaila, and I saw a copy of Shalom Ties with a comment from Mrs. Perlman on the back."
Howdayya like that? We're famous, guys! She was very impressed and inspired by the whole thing, and all of you in particular.
Have a great Shabbos!

just now, my niece and i were leaving to the pool and i could not find my keys... we were both searching... my niece just came out of my room holding them and i was so excited! i asked her where she found them and she said, "You know why i found them? Because i asked Hashem to help me. I asked Him right away and the next second, i found them." She is all of 4 years old, mind you!

ok, so here goes. candle lighting is at 7:51 and Shabbos begins 18 minutes later at 8:09. shabbos ends at 8:59 or for those holding the later time, 9:21. (just before, i miscalculated and wrote the wrong times, and it didn't let me publish it and i had to start all over... which is when i caught the mistake. major hashgacha or what?) have a great shabbos everyone! thinking of u all! ur all the best!
